Hello!
I’m a Senior UX/UI Lead with 15+ years' experience. I work on complex, technically demanding products, from blockchain privacy tools to trip planners used by millions each month. I'm drawn to hard problems because untangling them and finding something clear and considered on the other side is genuinely satisfying work.
I believe successful product design is a combination of collaboration, experimentation and evidence, so I use workshops and ideation sessions, prototyping, wireframes and research to drive product development and decisions. I love tackling complexity, which is probably why I ended up designing for Web3 before most people knew what it was.
Curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learning shape how I lead. After completing a Master of Design at UNSW, I returned as a lecturer and tutor, where I developed a strong foundation in mentoring and guiding others. I bring that same approach to UX leadership, supporting teams with clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and the belief that people do their best work when they feel trusted and empowered.
Today, I’m a UX/UI Lead at Transport for NSW, crafting experiences for millions of people planning their journeys on transportnsw.info. Outside of work, you’ll find me travelling, top-roping at the climbing gym, or having a picnic with my family.

1. I've been making things since before I knew what design was – when I was very young I started ‘Sas Shop’ selling hand drawn stationery to family members.
2. My nickname amongst family is ‘mo’ from ‘eskimo’ after a girl misheard what my name was when I was young and proceeded to call me eskimo. I was too polite to correct her.
3. I consider myself a shower genius; crazy new ideas often strike in the shower.
4. I really love music and I've seen a huge variety of live concerts from David Bowie, Bob Dylan and Prince to Tom Misch, Daft Punk, Tyler the Creator, Kendrick Lamar and Nine Inch Nails.
5. Some of my absolute favourite movies are kids movies – particularly Pixar and Studio Ghibli movies. I love stories in any/all forms.
6. I love travelling - I've been to over 15 countries and plan to visit many more.
